I have this on Linux with Mozilla 1.1, nothing happens for even clicking the
buttons (they look like buttons so I didn't expect menus popping up for
hovering, I just clicked them).

The page works for me (Build 2003040404) on Win 98 SE, 
i get the menues on mouse over and submenues for the stuff to download.
It looks only a bit ugly compared to Netscape 7.02.

If i switch of Javascript, the page behaves like described in
comment 0 and 2. 

Reporter, can you reproduce your Bug with a more recent build and
javascript enabled?
