Details

The third argument to JS::ReadableStreamGetReader(cx, stream, mode) is an enum indicating what kind of reader you want; but this is weird, as the corresponding JS method, `ReadableStream.prototype.getReader`, doesn't. The argument is unused and the enum only has one value. Let's get rid of this.
Nothing to see here - getReader does take a mode argument after all.
