Please deploy the v3.0.0 tag of the blurts-server repo to http://blurts-server.stage.mozaws.net/. Env var changes: Remove the HIBP_API_TOKEN env var. SUPPORTED_LOCALES="en" SENTRY_DSN=https://{key}@sentry.prod.mozaws.net/408 (can get the latter value from https://sentry.prod.mozaws.net/settings/operations/firefox-monitor/keys/) Code change-list is here: https://github.com/mozilla/blurts-server/compare/v2.4.1...v3.0.0

Oops we'd like to deploy the v3.0.1 tag instead which includes a bug-fix found in 3.0.0. We'd like to deploy 3.0.1 tag to stage first, then to prod. These env var changes will be needed on prod, if they're not already there. Remove the HIBP_API_TOKEN env var.
