:jbuck -- I'm not sure if we can easily tweak this setting, but could we set/bump up our debug log-level to either: 1) -vv 2) -vvv The docs mention that the max is 4; not sure what the default is at, but I'm guessing -v, single? https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/wptagent/blob/master/README.md#basic-agent-config (Also, I haven't cleared this with :davehunt, either, so let me :need-info? him to see if he has objections/feedback.) I'm thinking you rarely need the logs? I'm haven't followed how you will run your setup, but since your end goal is testing so many URLs, I would try out the auto spinup settings for WPT and then use spot instances so it will be as cheap as possible?

Is it possible to change the debug log-level on the wptagent AMIs? https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/webpagetest-docs/blob/master/user/Private%20Instances/ec2_agents.md#parameters doesn't list an EC2 userdata config option
