1505739 - Enable CSS reftests on mac

Bug 1481723 was eventually scoped to Windows-only due to bug 1425698. However it appears that Ahem has started working presumably due to some statefulness in the machine images. Not understanding that isn't ideal, but nevertheless we should enable CSS reftests on mac too now.
