If the user has added temporary addresses or payment methods in the Payment Request dialog and later restarts/quits the browser while the dialog is still open, we should probably have behaviour like beforeunload and auto-focus the tab and confirm they are fine cancelling the payment as they would have to re-type the address/card next time. On a traditional checkout flow session restore could potentially restore their typed info (depending on the website session length) so Web Payments would be a bit of a step back compared to the status quo if we don't address this.
