I have read the instructions[1] and will request membership in the "heroku-members" group at https://mozillians.org/group/heroku-members/

you're in the group - however it turns out it can take up to 4 hours for a sync
You can verify the sync has taken effect by viewing https://sso.mozilla.com/info
