User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
install the profiler
click the profiler icon in the tab bar to open configuration
Actual results:
A lot of times the popup turns completely white
This is not a new regression. It has been happening for forever.. I think there was some effort to stop this. But it hasnt worked, atleast in my case
Happens with or without WR
If the browser is under heavy load, the popup sometimes doesnt open at all (but may be thats a different bug)

with the recent profiler UI change some time back, the behaviour is slightly different. If I open the popup, and just let it sit for a few seconds, the popup turns white.
