User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0
Steps to reproduce:
Creating an invitation or confirming attendance with Lightning
Actual results:
With latest TB/Lightning-release 60.0.3, the change to cancel / deny the sending of the invitation or of the attendance is not given anymore
Expected results:
Before upgrading to the latest release, I could decide myself if I want to send out the invitation or the response.
For many responses, I would be very glad if I could hinder TB/Lightning from sending the response to the organizer.

I believe that change was intentional.
Component: Mail Window Front End → E-mail based Scheduling (iTIP/iMIP)
Flags: needinfo?(makemyday)
Product: Thunderbird → Calendar
Version: 60 → Lightning 6.2.2.1

You still can do next to the accept/tentative/deny buttons there is a dropdown mark - click on it and you get offered the option not to send a reply when making your choice.

Thanks for pointing out.
While I preferred the previous way of handling -- ease and transparency -- I understand......
