we require updates to the Community Participation Guidelines page, and the addition of a new page 'How to Report'/.

I'd like to further request that we update the link to the internal staff harassment policy as the link has changed: https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/PR/Open+Door+Policy is the correct link.

And could we please know when these changes will be live? Current site is providing incorrect information and exec (Michael and Denelle) want to send a reminder about the guidelines next week, so I'd like to have it be correct if we can.

This is in progress now and will be live by Wednesday 11/28. Note that the changes will initially only be visible in English and other languages will take a little while to update.

I needed to take a few liberties with formatting the reporting page so it doesn't perfectly conform to the original doc, mainly omitting the numbering from the subheadings and letting the heading levels represent hierarchy. Is that OK or do I need to put the numbering in? I also think that page probably needs a better title than simply "How to Report," to give it proper context if someone lands on this page directly, something like "How to Report Community Participation Incidents" maybe?

Let me know if you spot any errors or need to make any edits. We're aiming to get this live by mid-day tomorrow.

How about "How to Report Violations of the Community Participation Guidelines" ?

I am find with your liberties, and sorry to have made that feel difficult, I so appreciate your time.

We've identified last minute deletes we need from the CPG itself.  

1. Please remove the Contact Section
I think it will confuse people about reporting, and it is redundant to the  

2. Please remove this whole paragraph at the top:

If you experience behavior outside of Mozilla communities, in person or online, that makes participation in Mozilla not a safe and positive community experience for all, please contact us at [e-mail]. 

As it is being replaced by Reporting.
