Steps to reproduce:

Updated some days ago my nightly build (current build: 65.0a1 2018-11-10)


Actual results:

In the last few days the reduce to tray/resize/close button from the top has been missing. I can still click that area and reduce/resize/close the browser window but i can't see it


Expected results:

I should be able to see the different buttons

I couldn't reproduce this issue, please update to latest Nightly and also test if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:
