When I pulled fresh source code last night, cvs complained about a file
names profile/pref_migrator/src/.new.nsPrefMig (or something like that).
On OpenVMS (and maybe other platforms), a file can not have two periods.

Can this file be renamed? Or if its not used (I couldn't see where it was
used), can it be deleted from cvs?

Colin.

I'm sorry but I don't see this file. I didn't check it in and I don't see it in
the repository. I'm checking with the build team to see if anyone else checked
it in.

Accepting.

This file doesn't appear to ever have been in the mozilla repository. It's
possible it was a cvs-generated file for one of the nsPrefMig* cpp or h files,
because of a diff or conflict or something. Marking closed.

Never saw this problem again. I guess the planets were
wrongly aligned...
