User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce: 1. Menu > Customize > deactivate Title bar 2. Move mouse to the very upper right corner Actual results: Close button is not highlighted and a click will not close firefox. Expected results: Same as if the title bar is shown: close button should be highlighted in red if the mouse is in the very upper right corner.

I think this actually needs widget work, and there's more detail in the dupe, so duping forward by exception.
