Steps to reproduce:
I installed latest version of Thunderbird. I had to completely uninstall it immediately, install older version, spent a lot of time just because AttachmentExtractor add-on stopped working.
Unable to install newest update because of this screw up. Fail.
Actual results:
AttachmentExtractor add-on stopped working.
Expected results:
What should have happen? I should not trust Mozilla with updates.

It happened because the developer abandoned the extension years ago.
It's a wonder it works in version 52.9.1 since it was last updated in 2011.

If an extension developer hasn't made the extension compatible with Thunderbird 60.* or later that is on them and not a Thunderbird bug.
