Minimized browser windows tend to restore to their normal size
after loading pages. This happens even after turning off all
window-related scripts in the Mozilla options and is not
script-related. Most URLs may pop-up, but not always. The bug
also may be dependent on the state of other windows on the
desktop.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new browser window.
2. Goto www.nih.gov or some other URL.
3. Minimize the window before the page appears in the window.
Actual Results: The window may appear on the screen. If it was maximized
before minimization, the state is changed to nonmaximized.
Expected Results: The window remains minimized.
