Mozilla 1.0.0 on Windows 2000. I have two IMAP accounts, one on imap.sbs.netscape.com and the other on tintin.mcom.com. Both use SSL, tintin.mcom.com uses a client cert. I have my "Privacy & Security/Certificates/Client Certificate Selection" preference set to "Ask Every Time" I select a folder on imap.sbs.netscape.com, select a message, and drag and drop it onto a folder on tintin.mcom.com. Before the cert picker can pop up, I select another message and start dragging it. While I am dragging the message, the cert picker pops up. At this point, Mozilla hangs. No mouse clicks have any effect and I have to kill the process through Task Manager.

ring any bells? (reporter, John, is gone)
I no longer have ready access to IMAP servers that request client certs. There has been no action on this bug for years and no indication that there would be any progress even were I to waste hours setting up a cert-requesting IMAP server.

Whiteboard: dupme
cert dialogs seem to block all network activity, or maybe all tls network activity, still.
