Steps to reproduce:
With media.autoplay.default being either 0, 1 or 2
No matter how you set it, the setting is not being respected on youtube.
1. Set media.autoplay.default to any value to test
2. Go to your Youtube subscriptions page, https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions
3. Click any video
Actual results:
Video pages load and do not respect the autoplay settings.
(while with right-clicking video links & "Open link in New Tab" or middle-clicking the video, the settings are being respected.
Expected results:
When specifically set to be blocked from auto-playing, media should be blocked from starting when browsing youtube.

The block autoplay feature only prevents pages from starting videos right after loading a page. Once the user has interacted with page, e.g. clicked somewhere on the page, the page is allowed to start autoplay.
So from your description it looks like the feature works as designed.
