bug 1503871 fixed the icons being completely gone, but at least on my mac, I now get strange gaps in their rendering. Screenshot attached. Initially filing this in the devtools component, though I wouldn't be surprised if this was a gfx or SVG issue of some description.

The gaps are caused by the "broken image" icon. Adding alt=" " attribute fixes it, but probably there is a less hacky way.
