Please clarify this report. "Right-click, Move To > Recent" offers the recent folders you used. Does the problem go away when you restart without add-ons, see Help menu.

I have stopped all add-ons - the problem disappears The only add-ons being used were: Lightning V. 6.2.3 and Quick Move of Messages V. 1.6
Lightning is cool, so this must be the other one. I assume you're referring to: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-GB/thunderbird/addon/quick-folder-move/
