Hi :jbuck! When you get a chance, would you mind installing APC cache? It's recommended, our friends at Wikimedia's Performance Team have it enabled (http://wpt.wmftest.org/install/), but we don't: https://wpt.stage.mozaws.net/install/ Thanks!
I've created a patch to the Dockerfile that should install & enable APC. Could you test it out before I submit the PR upstream? https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/webpagetest/compare/master...jbuck:docker-enable-apcu
