[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the Firefox browser and reach Netflix.com.
2. Open a movie (Full Metal Alchemist)
3. Notice the seekbar.
Expected Result:
The Seekbar button should be a perfect circle and properly shaded.
Actual Results:
The Seekbar button is cut off at the bottom.
This issue was reproduced on a Windows 10 using NVIDIA GeForce GT 730.
It's easier to reproduce this issue without going into Full Screen.
Please note that I was unable to reproduce this issue On other Windows 10 systems with NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 or NVIDIA GeForce 210.

I see something like this in Chrome as well. I don't think we need to block.
