User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce: Tried my normal login to my Capital One credit card account. I use Roboform for the logins (although have tried a manual logon also). This problem only surfaced in ~ the last 2 months. I reported it to Capital One but have seen no fix on their website. I have logged on to this account for years now using Firefox. Logging on to Capital One using Internet Explorer works OK. Actual results: I get the following error "We're sorry, we have hit a snag" with the following URL: https://verified.capitalone.com/sic-ui/#/unavailable Expected results: Should have logged me on to my Capital One credit card account (and has done for years now).
The only extensions I have loaded are AdBlock PLus and Roboform.
Disabling Roboform extension allows the logon to work under FF again. Really odd as I have used Roboform for around 15 years now. I'll now report it to the Roboform folks.
Really odd again. Now that I enabled the Roboform extension...the login works again.
I assume that it works now and this looks rather like a roboform issue.

Yes, it sure looks like that way. Kinda odd as I have used Roboform for over 15 years now. They reckon that Capital One logon page is a complicated script.
