1507708 - [remote-dbg-next] Create default values for prefs devtools.aboutdebugging.network/wifi

The preferences devtools.aboutdebugging.network and devtools.aboutdebugging.wifi are used to toggle on/off the network-location and wifi sections of the new connect page of about:debugging.

When the preference is not true, the following text is displayed: "Network location support currently under development. You can enable it with the preference "devtools.aboutdebugging.network"."

However those preferences don't have a default value so it can be difficult for the user to know how to create them. We should create default values for them in devtools/client/preferences/devtools-client.js

Hi @Julian Descottes, I've taken a look at this issue but I have some questions: This toggle on/off buttons should appear on the about:debugging page? because in the specs (https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/73P8EZEJSEH#/screens/332399997) the buttons are present but in real those button are missing. How accurate are those specs? What will be the guide which we should follow?

Those mockups are outdated. Currently used mockups at https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/U5QHP8W7WM2#/screens/346890359
(we plan to replace the Enable/Disable button by a toggle later)

However you will not be able to test this bug against the latest Nightly. The preferences have been removed in Fx 68 (was done in Bug 1487581): we always show network locations, and completely removed wifi for now.

I would consider this one as qe-verify- consequently?
