1507891 - Support perf.html.io

It would be great if it were possible to record perf.html.io [1], [2].

Here is one crash report [3] that I just got. I also believe perf.hmtl uses webassembly to help symbolicate at startup. I don't think we have to replay wasm, but we should be able to continue recording.
