User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

Trigger a notification from Screenshots. One way to do this is to click the Screenshots icon in the toolbar, select some area and click the `Copy` button. This should show a `Shot Copied` notification.

Actual results:

The icon area of the notification is black. See attachment.

Expected results:

It should have shown Screenshots' icon.

Unsure if this is useful, but FWIW, editing the clipboard svg[1] that is used for that notification to replace `fill="context-fill"` with `fill="magenta"` makes the icon visible[2], although it still has a solid black background instead of the Acrylic background of the notification.
