Steps to reproduce:

On 2 Windows10 laptops I updated Thunderbird to v. 60.1



Actual results:

After that when I add or edit tasks the drop down calender changes to year 2002 and cannot be changed anymore. On a third PC with Windows7 the same update did not produce this problem.
To resolve I tried removing lightning and reinstalling from the profile folder. No change.



Expected results:

Next update to TB 60.3. did not change this behaviour.

Already a known issue - until the fix is available for TB60, you can change your timezone to Moscow as a workaround (assuming yours is Istanbul)
