Details

quicksearch is broken, probably by the alias changes to ValidateBugID. Searching
for |ALL tooltip alt| fails, telling me that its not a valid alias

QuickSearch was broken because the interface to the QuickSearch() JS function
changed and b.m.o's static home page didn't have the change.  Fixed.

alias changes had nothing to do with this.  removing dependency.
