While running fetch/sec-metadata/redirect/cross-site-redirect.tentative.https.sub.html there are several tracebacks printed out via rec-rd-header.py because media/1x1-green.png doesn't exist. Bug 1507000 fixed this for a different file, but left these alone.

For the record, the expectation is that these tests fail for us at the moment, and fixing this won't change that, but it will stop the test logs from showing these tracebacks in Treeherder.
