Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new instance of Firefox
2. Wait for Firefox to reopen itself 


Actual results:

Firefox reopened itself after a new instance was just launched 


Expected results:

Firefox should not have reopened itself

I do not understand your report and especially why did you include that video ?

Can you please explain what do you mean with Firefox reopens after you launch a new instance (of Firefox) ?

I'm still not sure what I should see on that video and I don't see any problems after starting Firefox63 on my windows10 system.

Hi,

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue using Firefox 63.0.3 or Firefox Nightly 65.0a1
I am not sure what I should be seeing on the video either though...

Could you test if the issue occurs in safe mode(without add-ons), here is a link that can help you with that:
