User Story

Right now, it goes on tangents really quickly and newcomers can get lost (e.g. why are we talking about architecture just on the second step already?) while also it doesn't mention Phabricator etc which is what we're using nowadays.

It would be beneficial to clarify this for both contributors and new hires.
