Just like bug 1504737 but for Firefox 66. We should update dev-dependencies in package.json, and file another bug to do it again next release.
I can work on this if it's still available.

What exactly needs to be done here? Are all the dev-dependencies packages need to be updated to the latest versions?

This was just done for Firefox 65 so we don't need to do it again for another 6-8 weeks. This is just a placeholder bug to remember. Thanks.
