after hidding menu toolbar and moving to full screen mode we can still see menu
- hidden but still visible. Then  if we return from full screen mode we have two
menus - one visible second hidden. That's it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hide menu toolbar
2.Switch to full screen mode
3.Voila - hidden menu still hiddenly visible
4.Switch back from full screen
5.Voila 2 - hidden menu present plus visible menu present

Actual Results:  In full screen hidden menu present
After switching back two menus present

Expected Results:  In full screen - no needless menus - it's full screen - wright ?
In normal mode - two menus are not a good idea :)
