1508994 - Netmonitor: Raw Headers with several visual problems

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

1 Open Netmonitor and select a resource
2 Look at "Edit and Resend" and then at "Raw headers"


Actual results:

1 Inconsistent colors between "Edit and Resend" and "Raw headers"

2 "Request headers" and "Response headers" are side by side. This forces almost every line to wrap becoming hard to read

3 "Edit and Resend" is title cased "Raw headers" is not



Expected results:

"Edit and Resend" should have a grey background OR "Raw headers should have a white background"

Having stacked headers textareas wound prevent excessive wrapping and improve readability
 
"Edit and Resend" and "Raw headers" should have the same capitalization

Background color of header's textareas should be lighter (look at user agent rules in the inspector, that grey would be more appropriate)

All good points, I think we could fix this (and revisit) after bug 1495797 is fixed.
