[Preconditions]:
- set the pref dom.payments.request.enabled to "true"
- set the pref browser.search.region to "US"
- ensure First Time flow by not having saved address or cards

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Go to "https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/single/" page and click on "Buy" button.
2. Complete the Address form
3. Uncheck the "Save to Nightly" checkbox * very important to repro de issue
4. Click on "Next"
5. Complete the CC form
6. Click on "Back"
7. Click on "Update" on the address form * very important to repro de issue
8. Click on "Next" on the CC form to reach the Order Summary


[Expected result]:
The Shipping Address and Payment Method fields should be pre-filled with the previously added information from the FTU

[Actual result]:
"None selected" option is displayed for the Shipping Address. Check the attached file.
