Review the current UX of all the features related to temporary extensions:
- additional actions
- install errors
- display of temporary extensions in separate category

We have discussed those items in other bugs:

  • temporary extensions will remain in a separate category
  • we display the same error messages as in the current about:debugging
  • the addon debugging checkbox will remain in the header until we remove it in bug 1525533
  • the load temporary addon button is part of the runtime actions for now, might move under the temporary extensions category
