Details

The jsreftest tasks complete in about 45 minutes each. That's okay, but it is longer than any of the other existing tasks for Android 7.0 x86.

Also I am a little concerned that some of the low-frequency jsreftest failures are a result of something going wrong earlier in the job -- smaller chunks might be easier to debug.
