Details

Clicking on Mozilla's icon in the Dock does not bring up a new window when there
are currently no mozilla windows open.

The standard behavior for OS X apps is to open a new window when the icon is
clicked in the Dock when there are not any windows open for the app.


Also:  When all mozilla windows are minimized, clicking on mozilla's icon should
bring the last minimized mozilla window forward.
