STR: 1. Run a debug build of Firefox desktop. 2. Enable layout.spammy-warnings.enabled in about:config and restart. 3. Browse around a bit. On just about any site, you get spammed with this warning: WARNING: Transparent content with displayports can be expensive. There was some investigation of the root causes of this warning in bug 1155137 comment 10 and bug 1155137 comment 11. I'm filing this bug to track any further investigation and fixes.

This warning, and the pref, seem to be gone now!
