1510076 - Re-enable large-border-radius crashtests

I'm going to disable these crashtests in order to land the WR update for servo/webrender#3342. This bug is to track re-enabling these crashtests after the WR issue making them fail is resolved.

There wasn't - I've now opened https://github.com/servo/webrender/issues/3399 with some details on the problem.
