To see this, close and re-open Sidebar in Apprunner.
==> Scroll bar is visible and functioning, but the Sidebar content is blocked as
it's place under web page content on right. Observed in Win32 09-28-09-M11 bld.

I see this too. This is easy to reproduce on windows, but I do see it on Linux
too. On windows, grab the splitter (not the grippy) and drag it one pixel wider.
For some reason, the splitter resizes to sidebar to its minimum width. On Linux,
I see the same behaviour. I also saw it resize the sidebar to the maximum width.

I am changing the summary from,
