We are trying to answer the following question: Of the monthly active users (account holders and general population) on Firefox for Android in November 2017, what proportion are still active users in November 2018? Expected results would be split into proportion of account holders, and proportion of general population, who used Fennec in November 2017 and this month. This question will likely require the analysis of user IDs. We are aware of the recent issue with the resetting of Fennec user IDs, and also that uninstalls or new devices will suppress the final estimate.
Severity: normal → major
Clarifying that this is an urgent request from the Operations leadership team. Goal is to have this completed by EOD 11/27
