Actual results:

during the game every ~ 10 minutes, it collapses. as if for a moment another window appears. after the update.exe task completes, the problem disappears.

Can you please specify which Firefox Version are you using? Are you playing a browser game? If yes, please provide a link to it.

Also, given that update.exe is a windows updating process, I don't think this issue is related to Firefox.
