So I visited https://surveyortraining.cms.hhs.gov/bhfs/m4/popups/m4s3_130_option1.htm and it wouldn't let me select the Address Bar. I had to click a link so the tab would load a new page, then i had to be clicking rapidly in the address bar, and then hit the back button to go back to the .gov page in order for focus to stay in the address bar and allow me to copy/paste the link. I did not see it affecting other tabs.
I wanted this page archived, so I archived it on the Wayback Machine, and it gave me the same affect. When I went to save the Wayback link to my favorites, I clicked the star, and then I clicked to make a new folder, for Wayback Links, and I couldn't select the text field for the New Folder's name either, and upon trying to click it, it seemingly doubled the words "New Folder" and then added the url from the website OR it added the url from my clipboard automatically.
This could be a non-trivial problem if a malicious website were to do the same.

So, because of discrimination, I didn't say I encountered this on Firefox 30.0 in the original report, because I get treated poorly. I have to change my user agent for websites like GitHub, and Gmail to not fake incompatibility with my browser, so please, let's just stfu if we have anything to say about that, please.
I understand, completely, that nobody rightfully should care about Firefox 30.0 bugs, however, I report this because it could be a problem not isolated to Firefox 30.0. Just putting this out in the public, zero-days aren't good, etc, okay. Pce.

Firefox30 is EOL for a very long time and contains many known security bugs. You should not use that old version.
Anyway, bugzilla is a database for the developers to plan their work for future Firefox versions.
You as user can reports bugs here but bug reports for old Firefox versions makes no sense if the version is no longer supported and the problem can not be reproduced in current versions.
I can not reproduce your problem on that URL with Firefox 63 and a Firefox 65 nightly on windows 10.
I will therefore mark your report invalid.

I was just trying to help, and here you are being kind of a dick.
I stated I know Firefox 30.0 is old. Old enough that nobody cares about it. It's obvious it was obvious to me that it's EOL.
I stated I did not know if it was reproducible in the newest version. Why do you act like I said it wasn't and made the report anyway?
I stated I did not want told what browser version to use. And you still did.
You act like I am using this website wrong. Is bugzilla for creating, or for bug fixing? ...????
You don't need to talk to people that way.

What is wrong with you, really ?
I explained it to you why your bug report isn't actionable for Mozilla and my answer wasn't rude at all.
>I stated I did not know if it was reproducible in the newest version. Why do you act like I said it wasn't and made the report anyway?
Read my answer !
I wrote that I (not YOU) have tested it in Firefox63 and Firefox 65 and I (not you !) could not reproduce the problem.
I never stated that you wrote that the newest versions work.

I'm sorry. I really did think you were trying to be mean on purpose, so I was being mean back to you.
I did CLEARLY state I did not want to be told what browser to use, I clearly stated why, and I very clearly stated I already know this, because I get told it all the time. What did you think, when I dedicated an entire comment, to telling you, not to tell me, what browser to use? I spent a good 15 minutes thinking about that before I replied. I chose to reply "like an ****" if you will, because.. well i thought you were trying to be an ****.
No offense, but maybe it's your English? "old Firefox versions makes no sense if the version is no longer supported and the problem can not be reproduced in current versions" How do you think that sounds, rereading it now? You state two criteria that need met in order for a bug report to be
I'm not even gonna finish this comment, because as I go back to reread what you said, the words you used, how you used them, yeah, you were being an **** m8. I don't care to argue with you, but I will call you out for it.
Anywho, you are probably not a complete dick in real life, so, apologies we had this misunderstanding. I do appreciate people like you who put work into things for free, and I am a normal person, every person is an **** sometimes, so don't let **** like me discourage you. I just wanted to report a bug. You just wanted to help fix a bug.
