In regards to part 2 of this user story, which is turning this into an automated program, I will set up a meeting with our teams + Andrew and Desi to discuss level of effort, data requirements, timing, etc.

The text is currently slightly in flux but will be the same format as the doc.

The reengagement email that will be needed to launch on April 1st is the "Custom Goals - Reminder" (Page 4+5 currently)

That said, everything in the doc is for the email reminders. If there is one set up, I'm happy to clone and enter in the text and images if that is easiest and you have the training for the new sales force format set up. From there, we should just need to tag the automation and make sure the data is formatted correctly. i.e. first contribution, streak, etc...
