STR: User with edit-comments group clicks Edit bug. Expected: All user comments available to edit. What happened: Only user's own comments available to edit.
Only members of 'admin' can edit others comments. We'd need to add a new setting + group, but this is by design of the feature.
There's an edit-comments group, which seems to do nothing, but adding the user to the group specified in the configuration as 'insiders' works. I'm closing this, but I think we need to rename those configurations so it's less confusing.
