Build 1999092709M11: Win32/NT4
Note: I haven't checked menu items in the Linux or Mac environments yet. This is
a first attempt to report general menu bugs. I've concentrated on menu items,
that are enabled, to see if the Control-Command Keys and Access Keys work. I've
also noted problems with typos, position of an item and removal of an item.


Address Book/Functional
1. File
A. Control-Command Keys do nothing
    1. Ctrl+W
    2. Ctrl+Q
B. Access Keys do nothing
    In general all access keys highlight the option and don't perform an action.
    1. The "C" in Close just highlights the option.
    2. The "Q" in Quit just highlights the option.

Verified Fixed since accelerators and mnemonics are working in general.

There is a problem with Closing (Ctrl+W) but that's logged in bug# 52808.
