I'm on current Nightly, 2018-11-29, looking at Imgur.

It displays as either black, or only partially visible - I can see only a rectangle of the lower left of the video, for example.

I'm on Windows 10, current-gen Surface Book with Nvidia CPU, no second screen attached, WebRender enabled. kbrosnan confirms on similar hardware. 

This worked on yesterday's Nightly - on today's I can reproduce at will.
