In Bug 1484892, I have changed the presentation of the Tag and Reply comment action buttons from text to icons, and added the Edit button. While it saves space, these icons look obscure as pointed out on IRC by jcristau. We could add text besides icons, but since these buttons are on each comment, it will then look redundant. Once the Reaction icon is added in Bug 1421401, it will be worse.

I think making icons a little bit bigger could ease the obscureness. Also, the margin and vertical alignment can be better adjusted. PR coming shortly.
