Details

When I drag a URL to the personal toolbar no shortcut is created and the personal toobar remains empty. I use the Orbit theme.
Reporter, use the Bugzilla helper to report bugs. What version of Mozilla do you have?
In e-mail, reporter says he has Mozilla 1.0 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530. Reporter, can you go into Bookmarks | Manage Bookmarks, look for the Personal Toolbar, folder, click it, and then open up the View menu? Is "Set as Personal Toolbar folder" grayed out? If not click on it. Does that solve the problem?

Reporter sent me this message: "Hi, No folders were called Personal Toolbar in the Manage Bookmarks window. So I created one with this name and I choose "Set as Personal Toolbar folder" in the View menu. This solved the problem. Thank you very much." Thanks to the reporter for following up.
