User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi#h=bugForm%7CCore
2. Open the dropdown list for Component.


Actual results:

Nothing is shown. Reloading the page or switching to advanced form from the page show this error:
> Failed to retrieve components for product: "Core":
> SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Advanced form is not affected.
I tried some other Products and their Component lists work fine.

Works for me today, though it loads a bit slower than other Products.

Yeah, somehow it’s so slow to load the versions and components. Will figure out what’s happening here.

I think this is due to Bug 1251064. Will send a PR to exclude the components’ flag types from the API request.
